What's new
Notable changes to AxisSynapse, in reverse-chronological order. Every entry calls out who is affected and what to do about it.
Content Wave 3 — HCM admin, 14 ServiceNow-depth pages
Wave 3 of the docs corpus seeds the **buyer-killer depth** on HCM: the HR-admin surfaces every finance / people / compliance officer evaluates before signing a multi-year contract. Fourteen new pages cover payroll runs, multi-state withholding, year-end tax filing, compensation administration, recruiting, workflow automation, org + reorg, compliance reporting, benefits administration, learning administration, document signing, and time-off policy configuration.
Content Wave 2 — HCM self-service, 11 ServiceNow-depth pages
Wave 2 of the docs corpus seeds the **broadest-audience module on the platform**: HCM. Every employee on every tenant touches at least one of these surfaces. Eleven new ServiceNow-depth pages cover the full employee journey — pay, time-off, benefits, equity, learning, expenses, goals, performance, career — plus the manager-side of the same flows. Same anatomy as Wave 1: TL;DR · Before-you-start · Steps · Every-field-explained · Audit codes · Common gotchas · Troubleshooting · RelatedDocs.
Content Wave 1 — 25 ServiceNow-depth pages live
The docs site goes from a 3-page stub to a **25-page enterprise corpus** covering the funnel buyers and admins walk first: Getting Started, Platform, and the Account Hub. Every page is ServiceNow-depth — TL;DR, before-you-start, step-by-step walkthrough, every-field-explained table, audit codes with deep links, common gotchas, troubleshooting, and related docs.
Documentation site launches at docs.axissynapse.com
The customer-facing documentation site is live.
Documentation reaches full coverage — 77 pages across every module
Five content waves and a handful of editorial passes later, the AxisSynapse docs site reaches **feature-complete coverage** of the product. Every customer-facing module has a welcome page; every non-trivial surface has a ServiceNow-depth walkthrough. The site is the reference companion for buyers, admins, employees, auditors, and developers — and the in-product help drawer reads from the same MDX.
Docs go fully mobile-responsive — and stay that way
Every page in the docs corpus now reads cleanly on a 375 px phone, and a new lint gate keeps it that way for every page we add from here on. The chrome adapts, the article reflows, and nothing overflows the viewport.
Wave 4: EEO, ELR, and Ethics — 12 new pages
Twelve new ServiceNow-depth pages land today, covering the **compliance casework** half of the workspace: equal-employment matters, employee + labor relations, and the integrity-reporting hotline. Combined with the 50-page Wave 1-3 corpus, the docs site now spans the full HR-to-compliance stack.
Wave 5: Inventory + Fixed Assets + Procurement — 13 new pages
Thirteen new pages activate the SCM half of the workspace: **Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Procurement**. With Waves 1-4 already covering Getting Started, Platform, Account, HCM, EEO, ELR, and Ethics, the docs corpus now spans the workspace end to end.
Audit sections rewritten — write for the audience, not the engineer
A documentation-specialist pass across every page in the corpus. The big change: the per-page **"What appears in the audit log"** block, which previously enumerated every emitted code with a bullet-by-bullet description, has been rewritten everywhere so it serves the actual reader of that page.
