Your workspace home

EssentialAny user

The workspace home is the first page you see after you sign in. It shows how your organization is doing and what is coming up, and takes you into any module in one click.

TL;DR — Read the numbers at the top, open a module from Your modules (a badge shows what needs attention there), and glance at Next two weeks. Dashboard at the top of the sidebar brings you back here.

The opening

The page greets you on the workspace's clock and names its time zone, so everyone in the workspace reads the same time. The line under the greeting says how many dates are coming up this week.

The organization at a glance

A row of headline numbers from your modules — for example book value, spend this year, open cases, inventory value or compliance. Each number comes from its module, so it matches what you see when you open that module, and you only see numbers your role in that module lets you see. Where a module keeps history, a small trend line shows the direction; green means the change is good news for that number.

Show more numbers opens every other number your modules report. If a module's numbers could not be loaded, the page says so instead of showing them as zero.

Your modules

Every module you can use, like the apps on a computer. A red badge counts the items in that module that need attention — for example cases past their deadline, purchase approvals waiting, or stock below its reorder point; an amber dot means its payment is past due or its trial ends soon. Administrators can also Add a module from here. Under the modules, Quick actions offers the shortcuts modules provide, such as filing a report.

Next two weeks

A ribbon of the next 14 days from the workspace calendar, with a dot on each day that has something scheduled, and the next few dates listed underneath. Every module files its dates on the same calendar, so this covers them all. You only see events you are invited to or can see the record for.

Your widgets

Under everything above, Your widgets shows panels from your modules that you choose and arrange — for example this week's deadlines or new awards in your market. Customize adds, removes and reorders them; your arrangement follows you to any device. See Widgets on your home.

On a phone or tablet

The page becomes a single column: the opening, the numbers, your modules, the next two weeks, then your widgets. Nothing scrolls sideways.
