Widgets on your home

EssentialAny user

The workspace home has a Your widgets section — under the organization's numbers, your modules and the next two weeks — built from the modules your workspace uses. Each widget shows a few figures or a short list from one module, and opens that module's screen.

TL;DR — On the workspace home, choose Customize. Add widgets, remove them or move them, then Save layout. Reset to defaults returns to the widgets your role starts with.

Save layoutKeep your arrangement. It is yours alone and follows you to any device.
Reset to defaultsGo back to the widgets your role starts with. Each module decides which of its widgets each role starts with.

What each widget shows

A widget shows the same figure as the module screen it opens — it is a second view of that figure, never a separate calculation. Dates are shown on your workspace's clock. If a widget cannot load it says so, with Retry; if your plan does not include it, it says so, and an administrator is shown where to change the plan.

If your workspace stops using a module, its widgets leave your home. They come back, in the same place, if the module does.

A module's headline numbers at the top of the home, and the badge on its icon, come from the same place as its widgets — so the pipeline value at the top and the one in the Pipeline widget are always the same figure.

Axis Capture widgets

  • Opportunity summary — new and strong matches, saved opportunities and open pursuits.
  • Pipeline — pipeline and weighted value, open pursuits and win rate. Its pipeline value and win rate are Capture's numbers at the top of the home, so it is not placed for you by default — add it for the detail.
  • Deadlines this week — response and questions deadlines in the next seven days. Their count is the badge on Capture's icon; add the widget to see who owns each and what kind of deadline it is.
  • New awards in your market — the newest awards on your NAICS codes and the most active agencies.
  • Worth a look — the suggestions from the nightly review.
